Price of accommodation applies for a room (apartment) per 1 night including buffet-style breakfast and VAT.

Available FREE OF CHARGE to our guests:

- Parking place with a gate directly next to guesthouse
- Children up to 2 years
- Rent of Nordic Walking sticks + inception training
- Cross country ski waxing advisory services
Surcharge:
- room with balcony (terrace): 150,- CZK / night
- apartment with balcony (terrace): 200,- CZK / night
- children bet including bedding and linen: 200,- CZK / night
- garage parking place: 200,- CZK / night
- Extra bed for guests:
- In age of 2 – 9.9 years, discount 50 % out of the price for person / night
- In age of 10 – 99 years discount 20 % out of the price per person / night
- Surcharge per one night: 300,- CZK / night
- Spa and recreation tax from 18 years – 30,- CZK person / day
Payment for accommodation shall be done in CASH – we do not accept any payment cards.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Cancellation 31 and more days before arrival : – 0 % out of the total accommodation price
- Cancellation 30 – 15 days before arrival : – 30 % out of the total accommodation price
- Cancellation 14 – 7 days before arrival : – 50 % out of the total accommodation price
- Cancellation 6 and less days before arrival : – 100 % out of the total accommodation price
Guests will be asked to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30 to 50 % of the total accommodation price prior to their arrival. Should such advance payment be not paid by the specified due date, the booking will be cancelled however, cancellation fees will remain due and payable. Should the guest cancel the booking, the advance payment will be forfeited in favour of the boarding house and the right of the guest to be returned the advance payment will become extinct thereupon.
